1. What is Voraniaa?

Voraniaa is a handcrafted fashion label focused on creating limited-edition wearable art pieces with detailed embroidery, beadwork, and soft luxury aesthetics.

2. Are your pieces handmade?

Yes. Every Voraniaa piece is handcrafted individually with detailed embroidery and finishing. Because of this, slight variations may naturally occur, making every garment unique.

3. Why are your products limited in quantity?

Voraniaa follows a slow-made and limited-production model to preserve exclusivity and craftsmanship.

Our debut collection includes:

“She Loved Deeply” — The Heart Design

“She Bloomed Softly” — The Flower Design

Only:

15 pieces of each design

30 total pieces per month

are created.

4. Will sold-out designs be restocked?

Not always.

Since our pieces are handcrafted in limited monthly batches, restocks are not guaranteed once a design sells out.

5. How long does shipping take?

Processing Time

Since every garment is handmade, orders usually take:

7–21 business days for processing.

Delivery Time

After dispatch:

India orders: 3–7 business days

International orders: 7–21 business days 

6. Do you accept returns?

We currently do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Size issues

Personal preferences

Minor handmade variations

7. Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are only available if:

You received the wrong item

Your item arrived damaged

There is a major manufacturing defect

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once production or processing has started, as every piece is handcrafted specifically for your order.

9. Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

We try our best to maintain consistency, but because every piece is handmade:

10. How do I choose the right size?
